I can play 2 to 3 times a week

I read the rules and i like playing that way. Quick question is this going to be a flex schedule i think that would be the best way.

I am requesting the Chargers

its not exactly a flex schedule we will use. I guess I would call it a controlled flex schedule. I will give your first 3 games of season at beginning of week and then you can play them in any order as long as they are done prior to the week being over. This way it will keep excitement as the season goes and ensures that if there is one player that is better than everyone else then he cant finish his games all in a week and then everyone else would lose hope and have nothing to play for.
