Right goto youtube pick your video, you need the embed code of your vid it will look like this :


We only need the bit from the last http://www. to the end so it will then look like this : http://www.youtube.com/v/1g2jEkt_VGs&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344">embed>


Take our bit we need copy it press the red "F" Above and paste our bit into the blank bar

You wont see the video until you click ok or preview. Then it will show up
